- Click here or go to firstib.com, select the “Other” tab on the login box and then click the “Business” login button.
- Enter your username and password:
- Your username is the same as your existing one
- Your temporary password is the last 4 digits of your SSN
- Select “Login”. At that time, an enrollment verification code will be sent to the email we have on file for you.
- You will then be prompted to enter your enrollment verification code. Enter it, then click “Verify Enrollment Code”.
- Please review, then “Agree” to the Terms of Service.
- A Two-Factor Authentication for Account Security will appear; select “Go To My Account”.
- Once registered, please delete your previous business account app and download the new First IB Business Banking app from the Apple App Store or Google Play for convenient, go-anywhere mobile banking.
