Cancelled checks are not available for view – only checks that have cleared the account are viewable in online banking or by phone/email request.

To request an increase to your credit card limit, you’ll need to complete a credit limit increase form. Log in to your online banking account, click Additional Services and select Request Credit Limit Increase.

When you apply for a First Internet Bank checking, savings or CD account, you will select ACH as the funding option when you complete your application. Business accounts may also use a debit card for initial funding.
If you opened a First Internet Bank credit card, finance charges are assessed on cash advance and balance transfer amounts, and there is no grace period on these types of transactions. You could also owe a finance charge if you did not pay the balance in full on the previous statement cycle.
For new customers with Interest Checking accounts, you may request an initial supply of checks. You will receive your checks approximately 10-14 days after ordering. You may order additional personal checks at any time through online banking by going to the Transaction History of the account and clicking “Order checks”. You are not required to order checks through our website and may order checks from another source if you prefer.
Funds you deposit to your First Internet Bank account may not be available for immediate withdrawal. When we place a hold on your deposit, the funds are applied to your current balance and begin accruing interest immediately. However, these funds are not part of your available balance and may not be used for transactions. The length of the hold depends upon the type of deposit you have made. To change your account nickname, log in to your online banking account, go to the “Transaction history” screen of the account and hover next to where it lists the account type. A small edit button should appear. You can now nickname the account whatever you’d like.
