As kids, most of us thought it would be cool growing up and moving away from home. For these small business owners, that’s as true now as it was back then!

Jacob and Abigail Blada’s Springfield, Wisconsin home-based business, Poppy Cakes, was already quite successful, as they had been selling their cakes, cupcakes, brownies and other freshly-baked goods to local customers for over three years.
